Who handles your data

RealEstateCRM (Daniel García) is responsible for the data you send through this website’s contact form.

What data we collect and why

When you fill in the contact form we collect your name, email, phone and company (the last two optional) and the message you write. We only use it to respond to your request for information or a demo. We don’t use it for advertising purposes or share it with third parties for any other reason.

How the form is sent

The form uses an external provider (Formspree) to deliver the message to our inbox without exposing our email address in the page’s code. That provider processes the form’s content solely to complete the delivery.

How long we keep your data

We keep messages received for as long as needed to handle your request and, unless a further relationship follows (for example, a demo or a subscription to the service), no longer than reasonable for that purpose.

Cookies

This site only uses technical cookies necessary for it to work and, if you give us your consent, Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*, up to 14 months) to see which content gets read the most. Those cookies aren’t activated until you accept them in the banner shown the first time you visit the site, and you can withdraw your consent at any time using the button below.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, rectify or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing through the contact form itself. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
